CALF SCRAMBLE

Each rodeo night: 15 participants, 5 calves running
Each night 5 participants winning $500 each
Participants will fill out entry forms and pay $10 and these will be collected Thursday evening at 7pm.
30 participants will be accepted by the committee choosing the participants’ name out of a drawing at the conclusion of the lamb show /or 8pm on Thursday, January 12, 2017 and will have 2 alternates
- T-shirt will be given to each participant to wear the night that they run in the calf scramble
- Each participant will be required to purchase a market animal and return to the 2018 TCYS Show.
- The age of participants is from 14-17 years old/ 8th -11th grades.
- All participants must be in a Travis County 4-H Club or FFA Chapter
- Along with returning to the TCYS show, each applicant will be required to send in monthly reports and also bring completed scrapbook for display the following year.
- If for some reason the participant does not return with an animal the following year, they will be required to pay back their calf scramble certificate.
