Milton Harrell was born on December 14, 1957 and passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017. Milton has been a long time supporter of TCYS and a champion of 4-H/FFA programs in Travis County. He was married to Lynn Dell Harrell and father to Brandon Harrell. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the TCYS scholarship fund that is named in Miltton and Lynn Dells honor.
